At Myo Performance, I wanted to create a safe and easy to follow overall strength programme specific for riders. When creating this program, it was vital that we had the qualifications and experience to back up the plan. It is tailored specifically for riders, designed by myself, who know the demands of the sport and understands how the body moves, in conjuction with an experienced S&C coach. Proper training not only helps improve your performance in the saddle but also reduces the risk of injury. With our expert guidance, you'll build the strength and endurance you need for both in and out of the saddle
