Rider Biomechanic Assessments
Rider Biomechanics 1:1 GOLD LEVEL
£120
1:1 session during which we will establish a full case history. We will then carry out a range of functional tests to find out what YOUR baseline biomechanics are, with regards to range of movement, compensation patterns and ‘triggers’ utilising the Square1system™ protocol along with EQBands to improve dynamic stability.
Videos and footage of the session will be provided after, along with a comprehensive feedback report and corrective protocols.
ONLINE Rider Biomechanics Assessment - BRONZE
£65
Online service only, a full case history will be taken and you will be requested to send clear video footage of all 3 gaits and some off horse movements too. This will all then be analysed and full comprehensive feedback will be provided with corrective exercises where applicable.
Rider Biomechanics 1:1: SILVER
£85
1:1 session during which we will establish a full case history. We will then carry out a range of functional tests to find out what YOUR baseline biomechanics are, with regards to range of movement, compensation patterns and ‘triggers’ utilising the Square1system™ protocol along with EQBands to improve dynamic stability. Videos and footage of the session will be provided after.
NB: No comprehensive feedback report or corrective protocol will be given with this option.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not show to your scheduled appointment time, or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, cancellation fees will apply according to our policy below:
- Canceling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- We do however appreciate that exceptional circumstances may arise. These cases will be assessed individually, to find a fair resolution and to accommodate your needs
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment. Myo Performance aims to provide the best quality service for our established and future clients.
